FruitPerks prides itself with providing the best quality produce for your enjoyment. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform FruitPerks if there is a problem with your order. Should you have any problems relating to the quality or freshness of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, at which time we will attempt to resolve your issue within a reasonable period of time. We can't guarantee resolution of issues bought to our attention after this 48 hour day period, as the nature of our business necessitates the evaluation of the condition of produce delivered before their condition changes.  Our resolutions range from replacing the product to providing you a full value FruitPerks credit to use towards a future order. Under no circumstances, will FruitPerks issue a monetary refund. 
FruitPerks is a delivery only business. Deliveries are available in the GTA only and are not possible on Sundays or public holidays. Our current location is open for fruit packaging purposes only,but  you may reach us at 1-877- 378-4817 during business hours, Monday through to Friday  (9am - 6pm). While all care is taken FruitPerks takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place. Any re-deliveries that occur due to incorrect address details or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery will incur an additional delivery fee of $4.99. Whilst all endeavors are made to deliver by the date requested, FruitPerks takes no responsibility for goods that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to courier routes, daily demand and traffic, specific delivery times can only be our best estimate. Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of FruitPerks and does not entitle cancellation of an order. All cancellation of workplace, home and gift orders must be done no later than 48hrs prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. Please also note that while we can request a driver call upon approach we cannot guarantee this will occur - we also cannot arrange specific delivery times with recipients as it does depend on when the driver is in the specific area on the day. Goods will be left at front door if the recipient is not home unless specified otherwise. Goods that cannot be left safely may incur an additional delivery fee of $4.99. FruitPerks also reserves the right to change the contents of any box, subject to produce availability & quality, without notice. In accordance with standard business practices, receipts will be issued electronically for all orders unless specifically requested in hardcopy.
